Make renewal records complete and publicly verifiable

1. Require every renewal application to provide all listing URLs, including Airbnb.com, Vrbo, and any other platform where the property is advertised.
2. Require the applicable license number to be clearly displayed at every listing location.
3. Publish an online host license list with license numbers and associated listing URLs clearly visible.
